300 W James St, Lancaster COMING NOVEMBER 2010:
Joel has been accepted to the
ARTIST IN RESIDENCY PROGRAM at the
Caribbean Museum Center for the Arts
in St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
He will be painting on location for
2 weeks in a studio over the museum,
then mounting a show of the works
hopefully there, and definintely
in Lancaster upon his return.
